Domestic & International Shipping Guidelines
All of there policies are in place to provide clarity and help keep the shipping and returns overhead down so I can continue to offer discount sales, free domestic shipping and free International shipping for orders over $1000.00
We provide free domestic U.S. shipping for every item sold, pack to the highest standard and ship as quickly as possible, but do not purchase or furnish any shipping insurance for anything sold. We have very little damage and over the years we have had very few packages go missing, but there is always some risk involved in shipping. If you are not comfortable with the risk involved for damaged or lost items, feel free to contact me and ask to purchase shipping insurance for the desired amount. Once a parcel is scanned as picked up and in transit by the various shipping services, I have no control over the shipping process or the handling of the items shipped and will not accept responsibility for anything I have no control over. If a buyer chooses to purchase additional shipping insurance, it will be the buyers responsibility to file the shipping insurance claim, but I will be happy to assist in any way I can.
USPS prices for insurance coverage as follows:
- Value up to $50 is Free with purchase of USPS Priority shipping label
- 0.01 to $50.00 is $2.75
- $50.01 to $100 is $3.50
- $100.01 to $200 is $4.60
- $200.01 to $300 is $6.05
- $300.00 to $400.00 is $7.60
- $400.00 to $500.00 is $9.15
- $500.00 to $600.00 is $12.25
- The price per additional $100 of insurance, valued over $600 up to $5,000, is $12.25 plus $1.90 per each $100 or fraction thereof.

- USPS Ground Advantage - Comes with tracking and $100.00 shipping insurance. Averages 5 days for delivery, but routinely takes longer. Feel free to contact me if you want to purchase additional shipping insurance. If a buyer chooses to purchase asdditional shipping insurance, it will be the buyers responsibility to file the shipping Insurance claim, but I will be happy to assist in any way I can.
- USPS 1st Class Mail - Comes with tracking but no shipping insurance. Any parcel up to 16 ounces will be shipped USPS 1st First Class Mail and averages 4 to 7 days for delivery, but can arrive a little earlier or later. If you are not comfortable with the risk involved for damaged or lost items, feel free to contact me and ask to purchase shipping insurance for the desired amount. If a buyer chooses to purchase additional shipping insurance, it will be the buyers responsibility to file the shipping insurance claim, but I will be happy to assist in any way I can.
- USPS Priority Mail - Comes with tracking and up to $100.00 free shipping insurance which is the buyers responsibility to file, but I will assist in any way possible. Feel free to contact me if you need to purchase additional shipping insurance. Any Parcel that weighs over 16 ounces and up to 4 pounds or up to 16 x 12 x 8 inches will be shipped USPS Priority and averages 3 to 5 days for delivery, but can arrive a little earlier or later.
- UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery or Fedex Ground for Businesses - Any parcel over 4 pounds that ships in a box larger than 16 x 12 x 8 inches will be shipped UPS or FedEx, unless the shipping address is to a P.O. Box, UPS and FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes. UPS comes with tracking, $100.00 shipping insurace for damage or loss and usually averages 4 to 6 days for delivery. In the event of a shipping insurance claim, it will be the buyers responsibility to file the shipping insurance claim, but I will be happy to assist. Feel free to contact me if you need additional shipping insurance. FedEx comes with tracking and averages 4 to 6 days for delivery, but Fedex does not automatically provide any kind of shipping insurance. If you are not comfortable with the risk involved for damaged or lost items, feel free to contact me and ask to purchase shipping insurance for the desired amount. If a buyer chooses to purchase additional shipping insurance, it will be the buyers responsibility to file the shipping insurance claim, but I will be happy to assist in any way I can.
- Signature Delivery - All orders over $750.00 will come with signature delivery at no additional cost to the buyer. If a buyer does not want signature delivery, the buyer will need to contact me and let me know they do not want signature delivery and take full responsibility for the delivery of the order.
- Dispute Resolution - In the event a problem arises, it is necessary to contact me by phone or email for guidance. If WE are by-passed in the process for resolution of any problem WE reserve the right to Block any future buying privileges.
International Shipping Guidelines
ALL SHIPPING QUOTES HERE SUPERCEDE ANY SHIPPING QUOTES THE ON LISTINGS. THE SHIPPING COST ON A LISTING IS NOT ALWAYS LISTED OR CORRECT.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO GERMANY or FRANCE BECAUSE OF THE EXTENDED PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITY E.P.R. LEGISLATION AND RECYCLING LAWS.
Our system to calculate international shipping is based on a percentage of dollar amount purchased $1000.00 for free international shipping and weight for orders under $1000.00. This is not always accurate so we make adjustments based on actual weight, this means you may receive a refund for shipping charges or we may request that you pay more for shipping to cover actual costs.

- Over $1000.00 in purchases receive free shipping combined in 1 package. Additionally, I do not hold individual orders over 7 days to be combined to meet the $1000.00 minimum. Free International shipping can not be stacked with any of the discount sales as stated on the discount sales terms.

USPS First Class Mail International:
- This method is shipped by the US post office. Transit times are anywhere from 21 - 45 days with most countries taking about 21 days.
- Please note: This method has a tracking number but is hit and miss when it comes to tracking and NO shipping insurance is available through the postal service. We are NOT responsible for any lost or damaged packages once the postal carrier scans the parcel as picked up. Please do not use this method unless YOU are comfortable with the risk. We have had VERY few go missing over the years, but there still is some risk.
- To ship this method the package must be 4 pounds or less, but in most cases parcels that weight over 3 pounds 4 ounces are cheaper to ship USPS Priority International.
- USPS Priority Mail International
- Transit times are 7-14 days but this is NOT guaranteed and can take longer with customs delays.
- This method has a tracking number to most destinations and Priority Mail International shipments containing merchandise are insured against loss, damage, or missing contents up to $200 at no additional charge. Feel free to contact me if you need to purchase additional shipping insurance up the the declared value of a parcel or $5,000 USD
- It is the buyers responsibility to file any shipping insurance claims, but we will assist in any way possible.
- USPS Priority Mail Express International
- Transit time is about 3 to 5 days but can take longer due to customs delays.
- This method costs about 30% more than USPS Priority Mail International.
- This method has a tracking number and shipments containing merchandise are insured against loss, damage, or missing contents up to $200 at no additional charge. Feel free to contact me if you need to purchase additional shipping insurance up the the declared value of a parcel or $5,000 USD
- It is the buyers responsibility to file any shipping insurance claims, but we will assist in any way possible.
- Dispute Resolution - In the event a problem arises, it is necessary to contact me by phone or email for guidance. If WE are by-passed in the process for resolution of any problem WE reserve the right to Block any future buying privileges.
I do not hold sets for anyone, so do not ask. It takes up too much time for a sale. Buy the set if it's available or wait on the set to be stocked.
Item picking: I do not go through all the sets available to pick a particular set for any buyer. Sets are picked in the order they are in line. All buyers are treated equally.
Any issue with a order must be reported within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
Return Policy:
No returns with the exception of manufacturers defects if replacement figures or parts can not be replaced. We will pay return shipping in the event that parts or figures can not be replaced.
In the event a buyer receives the wrong set, we will ship the correct set and pay the return shipping cost.
Manufacturers Defects:
All quality control issues questions or issues will be referred to the manufacturer for recognition or a solution.
Examples of manufacturers defects:
Missing accessories, such as loose rifles, flags, spears, figures ect.
Figures not fully painted, such as an armband that was supposed to be painted on and was not.
Wrong box lids on set.
Wrong figure in set.
Examples of damage in shipping:
Broken or bent rifles, swords, scabbards, arms, wheels, tracks, barrels, vehicle attachments
All quality control issues questions or issues will be referred to the manufacturer for recognition or a solution.
Other Return Info:
We do not do any exchanges.
We do not accept returns on discounted or sale items for any reason.
We do not accept returns for store credits, which is a refund.
We do not do returns or refunds on items damaged in shipping.
