When You Place an Order
Our order form asks you to give us information specific to that order, including your billing address, shipping address, credit card information and email address. The information is used to process and send your orders. We also use the information to contact you and follow up with your order. All credit card transaction information is deleted upon completion of the transaction. Be sure we do NOT make this private information available to outside parties. This information stays between us; it serves for one thing only, to help us serve you better.
Signing up for e-mail Newsletters
When you place an order with the Rodney's Diorama Gallery, you will have the opportunity to sign up for our newsletter. Periodically, we send a newsletter to members who have opted into our newsletter list. The newsletter features news about soldiers and supplier, new product offerings, and seasonal specials. We do NOT make our mailing list available to other companies and customer may opt out of our emails at any time.
Opting out of email

In addition, every Rodney's Diorama Gallery email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom for instant list removal.
